The Specialist Benefits Service contract is a countywide service that is based in Rugby.  Following referral from a generalist advice interview or from a partner organisation clients receive help to understand changes arising from the Government’s Welfare Reform Programme and to challenge decisions where it is felt they have been wrongly made, including benefits sanctions.  BRANCAB have been delivering the service successfully since 2018.
