Rugby Citizens Advice

At Rugby Citizens Advice we provide free, confidential, impartial and independent general advice and information on a wide range of subjects including welfare benefits, disability issues, Universal Credit, debt, consumer matters, employment, housing, relationships, legal issues, health, education and much more.

We also offer a casework service for those with multiple debt problems and those having problems with housing matters including eviction and possession. Read our impact report.

Delivery by local generalist advisers in Rugby is between 10am - 2pm Monday to Friday (excluding Thursday). Outside these hours calls are answered via the national Citizens Advice call centre.
