Rugby Citizens Advice


At Rugby Citizens Advice we provide free, confidential, impartial and independent general advice and information on a wide range of subjects including welfare benefits, disability issues, Universal Credit, debt, consumer matters, employment, housing, relationships, legal issues, health, education and much more.

We also offer a casework service for those with multiple debt problems and those having problems with housing matters including eviction and possession. Read our impact report.

Rugby Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB). 1st floor, Chestnut House, 32 North Street, Rugby, CV21 2AG. (Entrance via North St Car Park)

Rugby Drop-in times:

We are now operating drop-in sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10.00am-2.00pm.  Please ring the doorbell and wait for one of our staff.

Rugby also operates at three Children and Family Centre Outreach Locations - full generalist advice offered for families and children aged 0-19 (25 if additional needs):
